Key Issues

Education Reform

Delaware public schools places near the bottom of the national rankings in reading and math. This is unacceptable when public education is the foundational investment in our state's future –– and the largest item in our state's budget.

Healthcare Access

Healthcare premiums have grown massively in the last few years, and our access to healthcare professionals has decreased. We need to invest in preventative medicine and care for the disabled, elderly, veteran, and youth population.

Smart Development

Our state is growing rapidly, and with rapid growth we need responsibilities. We cannot let our infrastructure, environment, and character of our state be sacrificed for profit.

Cost of Living

Electrical costs are just the start. We need an approach to tackle the rising costs of groceries, housing, utilities, and other necessary goods to keep Delaware the place to raise a family.

AI and Data Centers

Data centers are threatening to raise our electrical bills and damage our environment. AI is a technological revolution that requires close monitoring and regulation.

Public Service

Bill has supporting public service professionals the cornerstone of his career. Our first responders need to be supported so they can support us in our hour of need.
